Ava Johnson

Ava is interested in ecology and urban conservation, with a special focus on insects. Through her PhD, she is investigating the impacts of urbanization on pollinators and the critical ecosystem services they provide. Her research focuses on conserving native pollinator communities and enhancing pollination services in urban community gardens and farms.
